1. Intended Use

Our Services are built for business use and optimized for reasonable, expected usage patterns.

• Triggering AI Agents in workflows or systems that reflect normal business logic
• Usage consistent with documented capabilities and API limits
• Inputs that are relevant, clean, and within the scope of what our AI is meant to handle

Use beyond these boundaries may trigger reviews or limitations.

2. Prohibited Usage

The following activities, including, but not limited to, those listed below, violate our Fair Use Policy and may result in throttling, suspension, or termination:

• Running high-volume loops or recursive workflows without control mechanisms
• Submitting meaningless, repeated, or malformed inputs to the API
• Abusing free tiers, trials, or API keys through unauthorized access
• Using our Services to train or fine-tune other AI models
• Impacting system stability or performance for other users

We reserve the right to investigate and respond to misuse in real time.

3. Enforcement

We monitor usage patterns to maintain platform integrity. If we detect excessive or abnormal activity:

• We may temporarily throttle or rate-limit your access
• We may pause your account while we investigate
• We may require changes to your implementation to restore access

If abuse continues, we reserve the right to permanently disable access and void any active credits.
